Brave Traveller won the six furlong two year old nursery handicap in great style at Newcastle under Kieran Shoemark on December 5th for our syndicate The Smart Set II to bring up a fantastic career milestone for Bryan. This victory achieved Bryan’s 900th career winner a tally that includes 3 Group 1s, a French Classic, 3 Royal Ascot two year old winners, 3 Listed Beverley Bullets, 3 Group 3 Firth of Clydes, 3 Listed Rous Stakes and so many more. It was fitting that this horse was the one to do it as Bryan trained his mother Choisette to her three victories for long term owner breeder’s Crossfields Racing. It was also fitting that he is owned by our very own syndicate The Smart Set II.
