SMALLJOHN A POPULAR WINNER FOR HAMBLETON HOUSE - 01 February 2010
Smalljohn proved to be a most popular winner when taking the Bet CIS Football Betdaq Handicap over 7 furlongs at Wolverhampton.
Under a fine ride from Tom Eaves, Smalljohn led early and set the pace before kicking off the home turn into a 4 length lead which he never looked in danger of surrendering.
Smalljohn is ridden in his work by Mrs Smart and is one of Beth's favourite horses in the yard making his victory all the more enjoyable.
